Desken / The model

The model

Systematic concept building. Time after time.

We go into the operation from day one: we map the need, build the product, establish how it runs — and stay accountable for the result. The model was developed on our own concepts, at our own expense and our own risk. It is the same one we bring into your company. See what that means for you →

The four phases

Every concept follows the same course. The order is not arbitrary — it is the reason the process can be repeated.

Phase 01

Idea

The market need is mapped through search volume, media interest and consumer behaviour. We look for bureaucratic or practical friction that people are actively searching for a solution to — and where we can own the search.

Phase 02

Validation

The concept is tested against real users to establish product-market fit and financial viability. Willingness to pay is documented before any further building.

Real users, real numbers
Phase 03

Building

An AI-driven MVP is developed with the human interface as the design protocol, a tight legal framework and an operating model that needs minimal manual effort.

Phase 04

Scaling

The launch is pitched to the newsrooms, and the SEO architecture captures the search traffic. Concepts that do not show conversion quickly enough are shut down, on the fail-fast principle.

Organic growth, fail fast

The principles behind it

Four choices that separate Desken from both classic agencies and pure technology suppliers.

01 · Distribution first

The traffic is secured before the product is built

Development starts only where we already have — or can quickly establish — organic visibility. That drives the customer acquisition cost towards zero and makes validation cheap and fast.

02 · House of Brands

Every concept is an independent unit

Its own brand, its own finances, its own technical platform. That applies to our portfolio: the user meets the service, not the studio behind it. In client work it is the opposite — there we are a visible partner at the table, and it is your brand that should win.

03 · Human interface

A mandatory design protocol

Every concept is designed with contextual empathy: honest assessments, protective language, zero friction — balanced with clear legal boundaries and compliance in the background.

04 · Shared plan, shared responsibility

We never price something we have not understood

In client work, goals, scope and sequence are set together with you, and the plan is priced as a whole before anything starts — no packages, no standard delivery. Internally, the profit from established concepts goes straight back into developing new ones. Rapid prototyping means a bottleneck identified on Monday can have a working version three weeks later.

What is the bottleneck at your end?

Have a conversation with no obligation about the concept, the market or the customer journey. We will say honestly whether we are the right partner — and whether there is something we think you should not spend money on.
